That palm's
gotta go.
Sorted.

We're Adelaide's date palm recovery team. We re-home healthy date palms free of charge, and cut down cotton and cocos palms for a fixed quote. Send us a few good photos and we'll take it from there.

Free date palm re-homing Fixed quotes from photos Adelaide metro
Step one

Which palm have you got?

The species decides everything — whether it's free, whether it's a quote, and what gear we bring. Pick the one that looks like yours.

How it works

Four steps, no site visit needed

We assess everything from your photos — the palm, the access, the hazards — so we know exactly what we're walking into.

01

Photograph it

Grab clear shots of the whole palm from the yard and from the street. Our guide below shows exactly what we need.

02

Send it through

Fill in the form with your street address and anything we should know — tight access, power lines, neighbours' fences.

03

We assess

We check size, access, site conditions and hazards, then come back to you — free re-homing for date palms, a fixed quote for the rest.

04

We clear it

We book a time, bring the right gear, and take the palm away. Fast, efficient, and we leave the site clean.

Photo guide

Good photos get a fast answer

Your photos are the assessment. Four minutes with your phone saves days of back and forth — here's what makes a shot usable.

Show the whole palm

Top and bottom in one frame. We're assessing the plant and the space around it, so step back far enough to get all of it in.

Put the sun behind you

Shooting into the sun turns the palm into a black silhouette. Stand with the light at your back so we can see actual detail.

Keep it in focus

Tap the screen on the palm before you shoot. A blurry photo tells us nothing and we'll only have to ask again.

Take a real photo

Not a screenshot, not a crop from an old real estate listing. Walk outside and take deliberate shots — big, clear and crisp.

Shot into the sun, blurry, or the top cut off? We won't be able to assess it. Two minutes on the photo guide is worth it.

FAQ

Common questions

Is date palm removal really free?

Yes. We re-home date palms free of charge — that's the whole point of what we do. We assess size, site access, the site itself and any hazards from your photos to make sure the job can run efficiently, and if it stacks up, it costs you nothing.

Why do you charge for cotton and cocos palms?

Both are classed as noxious weeds, so there's nowhere to re-home them. We cut them down and dump them as green waste, which is a straight removal job — priced per site once we've seen your photos.

Why can't you just come and look at it?

Photos let us assess dozens of palms a week without driving all over Adelaide, which is exactly why date palm recovery can stay free. Good photos of the palm and its access tell us nearly everything we need.

What if I'm not sure which palm I have?

Pick whichever looks closest on the form and send your photos through. We'll identify it properly and let you know where it lands.

Which areas do you cover?

Adelaide and the surrounding metro area. If you're further out, send it through anyway and we'll let you know whether we can get to you.

How long until I hear back?

We work through submissions in the order they arrive. If your photos are clear and complete, you'll hear from us sooner — incomplete submissions go to the back of the queue while we chase more images.
